General conditions for purchase of released seismic and navigation data Copyright of all data is retained by GEUS. By purchasing a copy of the data, the buyer obtains the right to use the data for internal purposes only. Copies of the data or any part of them may not be given, lent, resold or in any way distributed to any third party, including any party in any exploration or production partnership with the purchaser. The buyer may produce additional copies of the data, but only for the buyer's own use. The buyer may not transfer the rights to use the data to any third party. Digital data are produced by GEUS to internally accepted standards. However, GEUS shall not be held responsible for consequences arising from the buyer's use of the data, whether such consequences are caused by defects inherent in the original data or by the buyer's handling of the data. The data may not be published in whole or in part without prior permission from GEUS. Conditions for BGR seismic data, offfshore southern West Greenland 1. The data are made available for internal use by the purchaser alone. 2. The data may therefore not be sold or in any other way conveyed to a third party. 3. The data may not be published in whole or in part without prior permission from GEUS and also from Bundesanstalt für Geowissenschaften und Rohstoffe (BGR) in Hannover, Germany. Conditions for Jameson Land seismic data, onshore East Greenland 1. The Jameson Land seismic data are made available for internal use by the purchaser alone. 2. The data may not be sold or in any other way conveyed to a third party. 3. Articles based on the data may be published. It should be made clear in acknowledgements or elsewhere that the data are available on request from the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland. 4.
