GEOLOGY OF DENMARK AND GREENLAND MAP SERIES

Printed geoscientific maps of Denmark, the Faroe Islands and Greenland including offshore areas, with short descriptions. Some maps to be issued in the Geology of Denmark and Greenland Map Series are integral parts of pre-existing map sets previously published by Danmarks Geologiske Undersøgelse (DGU) and Grønlands Geologiske Undersøgelse (GGU).
The fusion in 1995 of the Geological Survey of Greenland (Grønlands Geologiske Undersøgelse - GGU) and the Geological Survey of Denmark (Danmarks Geologiske Undersøgelse - DGU) produced a new national geological survey, Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland (Danmarks og Grønlands Geologiske Undersøgelse - GEUS).
